Typically the S&S Savvy shows a pink grapefruit character, concentration and mid-palate texture, which reflects the carefully selected land parcels and hand harvesting during the small ripening window.

This vintage was a standout amongst the last couple of seasons. Weather in the hills behaved well overall, giving S&S well-balanced acidity and good flavour development in the pink grapefuit, lavender spectrum of their fruit.

This is a real winner but we only have so much. So don’t miss out.
